How It Works

When you have selected a domain name you are interested in, contact us. We will give you a six month lease price, and lease to purchase price. Once agreed upon, we will request a small deposit to lock the domain name and start the process of drawing up the lease agreement.

Once the lease agreement has been completed (12 - 48 hrs.) we will fax or mail a copy to you. You will need to sign the agreement, have it notarized, and return it to us with your lease payment in full. Once we receive the completed lease agreement and your lease payment we will direct the domain to any DNS name servers or IP address you request.

Twenty days before your lease expires we will contact you for your decision regarding first right of refusal. If for any reason at lease end you wish to rescind the purchase option, you are under no additional cost or obligation to do anything further. For purchasing, you have the option of using any major escrow service to hold funds until ownership of the domain name has been transferred and completed.

Pre Lease Terms

The domain name may not be used or related to any pornographic or adult only content site or business during the lease period. The domain name may not be used for any activity that is considered illegal in any state in the United States of America. The lessee acknowledges the lease is for use of the domain name only. No other product or services are included. The signed lease agreement will contain all pre and post terms and conditions of the lease/purchase agreement.
